Hours can be used on a quarterly basis and are not transferable from one quarter to the next.

If you have the L’Excellence package (15h per quarter), during the year you can choose to switch to the L’Élite package (30h per quarter). However, the opposite is not possible.

Since this is an annual package, a one-year commitment is required.
